System Policy
 
•     Erudition.net reserves the right to modify the policy in this contract whenever deemed necessary. It is the sole responsibility of the user to keep up-to-date concerning these changes.
•     It will be the responsibility of the user to advise Erudition.net on any user contact/profile information such as: change of name, mailing address, e-mail, phone number, hostmask(s).
•     The user will not share, sell, or transfer in any fashion any services provided to him/her by Erudition.net. Breech of this stipulation will result in the immediate termination of the account.
•     The user, when using any service provided by Erudition.net, will maintain his actions as efficiently as possible to minimize server load. Erudition.net reserves the right to terminate any process that is deemed to compromise system integrity. The user is liable for any damages that may be incurred by Erudition.net's system from the user's actions. Any action by the user on the system that can be perceived in any fashion by Erudition.net as cracking/hacking will result in both the immediate termination of the account and the notification of the proper legal authorities for criminal prosecution.
•     The user will abide by all Federal and State laws local to the user and Erudition.net.
•     Erudition.net will not be liable for any files in the user account in case of erasure both by unforseen happenstance or termination of the account. Erudition.net also will not be liable for any damage sustained by the user physically, mentally, or spiritually from any action related to the usage of Erudition.net's system.
•     Erudition.net reserves the right to the search and seisure of any user files if infringement of any of the aforementioned stipulations is suspected. Erudition.net also reserves the right to destroy any and all files that breech any stipulation in this contract.
•     Erudition.net reserves the right to terminate any account with or without reason.
•     Erudition.net reserves the right to a no-refund policy and makes no warranties or guarantees in any form.
